Default My 23 C/C is for sale

In a short time, I will be listing my SeaCraft for sale however, I wanted to place a notice here first. Here are some of the highlights...

Boat: 1983 SeaCraft center console

-notched transom with fold down door
-custom welded T-Top with solid top and rocket launcher rod holders
-custom made electronics box
-bow mounted sampson fighting post
-three sided canvas with side drop curtains
-4 swivel rod holders
-large console "Master Angler" model
-fully rewired in fall, 2002
-leaning post with 4 rod holders
-large fish hold forward
-Bennett Trim Tabs
-16' Lee outriggers

Engine: 2003 Evinrude 225hp

-7 year, fully transferrable warranty!
-250 hours
-fully rewired during installation
-stainless steel propeller

Electronics:

-Raytheon 10x raster scan RADAR
-Standard VHF
-Raytheon L750 fishfinder
-Garmin 215 chartplotter
-Furuno GP31 GPS

This boat cruises at 23kts at 4000 rpm's and 34kts at 5200 rpm's. I do not know the exact fuel usage, but it is very good for a large 6 cylinder outboard. I have a trailer also which is decent, but nothing special. It is not mint, but it needs nothing and it is a heck of a sea boat as you all know. With the right owner, it would take very little to make this boat perfect.

The boat can be seen at www.stripersandblues.com
I can e mail more pictures to anyone who is interested. The boat is in water now on Cape Cod.
I am asking in the mid 20K's

I can be reached by e mail at:
[email protected]

It makes me sad to post this, but the time is right

Otto-

I am looking to have a 31' Duffy built locally. There is a guy on Cape who is the largest finsher of Duffy's beside Duffy themselves up in Maine. In my opinion, he outdoes them too, his work is unmatched. Plus his price is far far more reasonable.

Hammer-

I love to drop in at Andy's and see what he has under way, he really know his stuff. I should qualify my statement... I am trying to get my ducks to line up before I can think about building. We'll have to see how the sale of this goes first... but I will be trying to get there eventually.

What are you looking to build?

Good luck selling your boat.

I have had one of mine up for sale here in Texas for almost a year I started out at $19,000 and I'm now at $15,500.

Mine is a Robalo equiped almost the same except no radar. 1992 2120 hull 2000 225hp Ficht with only 350 hours on the motor.

Hammer-

In May, he was telling me December 1. But people who know Andy well say that that is probably optimistic. WHo know where he is at now... He only had one on deck when we spoke last but I am sure that has changed.

I know both boats you mentioned. Man, what a terrrible season they're having offshore this year, hu? I was supposed to be out with a friend right now, but real life got in the way once again....

Still nothing I can accept yet on my 23, so the Duffy may be on hold indefinately!
