Default Teleflex SeaStar 1.7 Hydraulic Steering Kit
I have a complete, new hydraulic Teleflex SeaStar system that I bought but did not end up needing.

It is a Teleflex SeaStar 1.7 Hydraulic Steering Kit. West Marine has them for $875. I believe it is designed for non-power assisted outboard engines up to 300 HP. It includes the front mounted helm p/n HH5271, cylinder p/n HC 5345, oil, oil bleeder kit, and instructions. I also have the hoses but I will have to check on the length of them. The hoses are not included in my $690 asking price. www.seastarsteering.com has details on the systems.

Guys, that is a deal. I would buy it if I needed it, just bought the tilt helm and ram separately on ebay for 700 total.
