Default 1989 23 CC Project Alum trl motor optional

I hate to sell it but my shop caught fire x-mas morning and I need to get as much cash as I can fast. It will take about 60 days to rebuild the building. I have been working on it but have to stop it still needs alot of cosmetic work on the inside. I have sent way more than I could sell it for but I need to try. I just had a new transom put in it the decks are good but were the t-top use to be the 4 ft that sat on the floor need some work in that area and the deck hatches its not soft were the feet were but a hole were they were. I drained the tank I have 4500.00 in at this point. The motor and controls if wanted is a 2000 yamaha 250 efi with the following brand new Morse MT-1 control and cables, Sea Star Steering and New Yamaha main harness with key switch I have 3500.00 in the motor and controls the draw back to the motor is the lower unit is stuck in the powerhead here is my email [email protected] or shoot me a PM for pics make me a offer compression is 123- 125 and it runs very good on the flush hose. Happy New year
