It is very nice, also as a bonus, there is a fellow in tha same canal that has a 1973 Seacraft Cuddy Cabin (Seafari??) that is in great shape. You can see it go by each day.

Hello Tucker, I am on 4th street, I get down there quite a bit as I live in Miami, just 2 hours away. Right now the winter renters are in and I will not be down until April. I do stay there 2-3 weeks towards the end of July. I'll touch base from time to time and catch up with you there. Peter
