18' seacraft priceing...
As some of you already know from my other post im looking into buying a 1989 18' secraft center console with a 2002 125hp merc on it and a aluminum frame trailer. The price is 4500$ dose that sound like decent deal? I dont know secrafts much in the way of price. The hull is in pretty good shape, motor seems great, the trailer has a bent axle that needs to be replaced. I thought it was a good deal, but now I see some of these boats selling for 2000-3000 with slightly older motors.

Re: 18' seacraft priceing...
If you look at NADA the price for the hull is 2570.00 retail motor is 2740 retail that does not count for the aluminum trailer you did not say what type of trailer it is. I purchased my 1976 18sf two years ago for 4500 with a 1989 evinrude 150 with no trailer hope this help

Re: 18' seacraft priceing...
sounds like a fair price w/ a motor that new. i paid 5k for mine w/ a motor ten years older, but the deck had just been redone and im a lousy bargainer. it is a very soft market right now though, which needs to be taken into consideration. i wouldnt be surprised if you could get it cheaper. try and conceal your excitement after the sea trial, that was my downfall...

Re: 18' seacraft priceing...
That's a very fair price. I paid $6500 for the same year boat and motor (mines a Johnson 115) almost a year ago. Everything is solid and it had all new awgrip, but needed a trailer.
