Default Tuna door on 25 Sea Vee?

Enclosed please find stern view of my 25 Sea Vee Inboard. I am wanting to cut a tuna door right smack in the middle of the stern. I would only have to move the fuel fills outward of where they are now. Anyone ever done it? Thoughts?

Plenty of 23 seacrafts done. I was going to put one in mine but it never happened. Search Fat2nawilly Brian did a 23 last year, real nice job.
