Default Sceptre Fishbox Questions

Does anybody have any insight on this fishbox? There is a bulkhead that divides the compartment between the fishbox outside of the cabin and the space inside of the cabin. I guess I just need to ensure that it is sealed well so that fish/blood/water don't get inside the cabin, right? Here is a pic with the bulkhead in place and one with it out.

Any thoughts on this forward drain that is inside the cabin? You can see in the pics above the little plastic insert has come out and I don't think I will be able to secure a drain hose to a new one (if there was ever a hose to begin with). Here is a pic of the broken fitting and the underside of the fishbox. This picture was taken from the viewpoint of the fuel tank hatch.

I also intend to replace the hardware that was on the hatch but I can't find this hinge. Does anybody have any ideas on where to find one? I also need the small pull that is used to open the door. I have been ordering hardware from GEM but they don't appear to have a hinge just like the one that was in place.

Default Wallered / Wallow

Just a cautionary note since that dang Blue Heron Dave broke out the "Southern Thesaurus" and ran the term "Wallered" up the flagpole recently -

So, My western Bro' of the Gulf of Mexico, remember -
If you "Waller" out the screws, you'll be "Wallowing" in grouper snot!

Long screws are nice. Easy to modulate and control. Tactile.

Good thought.

I converted that area to a storage and have long wanted it to be a fish box. I used a SS piano hinge a SS pull / lock hatch. I actually split the hatch in two and made it two hatches ( I added ends on the ends to complete the hatch.
