Default Need some helpful sugestions 16' skiff redo

I came across an old 1969 trihull it was on of the foam filled boats it was fully soaked weighed a ton and was beat to hell. I picked it up as a project for me and my two boys. gonna be a back bay skiff and waterfowl platform.
The tear out: I hated the inner liner lay out so I cut it out and up.
removed all foam (yes i know its structural)
removed the 1978 70 hp Johnson still has some life left in it so I will run it till it dies.
Put Back: So far I have laid 1" Coosa single main stringer and 3 small bulk heads also cored the last 1/3 of the hull with 3/4 skrimmed backed corecell.
Most of what I have used was left over from another project. Polyester resin 1708 tabbing for bulkheads and 18oz woven for stringer and a layer on the hull for reinforcement.
Questions. I have tabbing in the main stringer with alternating layers of 2oz csm and 18oz woven. Stringers are a total of a little over 40oz of glass. The bulkheads have been tabbed in with 2 layers of 1708.
My questions are as follows: 1. how many layers should I place on bulk heads? 1 layer of 1708 or 1 layer of 2oz csm and 1 layer of 18 oz woven.
2. Should I core the remainder of the hull.
3. I was going to recore the hullsides with
3/4 scrimmed nidacore. Or possibly balsa on a scrim sheet then cover with
layer of 1708
4. Decks will be 1/2 coosa with 1708
5. will refoam with 4lb foam. or 2lb.
Not concerened too much with fit and finish cause its gonna be given to the boys to use. (anyone has teenaged boys you understand)
