Default 1976 23 ft SeaCraft Sceptre IB

This boat was brought to Seattle from Florida as an inheritance about 12 years ago. It has not seen the water here but was a fully capable boat when transported. I had a marine survey done, hull is in good shape. I really just want someone to restore this amazing boat - would love to recover costs from survey and new tires on the trailer. It has been parked outside next to the house and will need some work. Motor should be fine with restoration.

It really is up for grabs for the first person interested and capable of hauling it. I am not a boater, but will do my best to answer any questions.

Cool project! Where is the engine located in this model? Any idea of horsepower?

Were the tires new when leaving the Keys? Are they 12 years old with 3000 miles on it?

Tires are new. Boat and trailer were on a flatbed from Florida to Seattle.

Its a 350 Merc I believe. v-8. The engine is covered and creates a seating area in the middle of the boat

So you’re looking to recoup about $400 for the tires and $400 for the survey? Am I close?

Michael.
