Default Spring 2019 Gathering - River Palms in Jensen Beach, Fla

Just throwing it out there to see who might be interested in a 2019 Spring Gathering in May or June?

River Palm in Jensen Beach, FL. is really the perfect venue for our
style of gatherings on the East side. with Macrae's on the west coast in the fall.

Remember the "NO" Dockside Inn in Ft. Pierce screwed us up last year.

Patti & I celebrated her big 60 last year at Benihana's in Stuart
the 31st of May....

Lets Do-it again, & again & again....

Hey Ken- about three weeks ago I was out with a friend on his 38’ Campbell. As we passed Dockside he remarked about the expense of these long docks which are virtually empty due to thr current ripping through. He said not too bad near the shoreline.

The best availability is on the weekend of June 1st & 2nd. (Sat/Sun) to book your room talk to Jessica at (772) 334-0401. At this time, standard hotel rooms $99/night, 1BR $134-149, and 2BR cottages $259 are available. Time is of the essence as rooms are filling up and their property only has 23 units total.

UPDATE: It looks like the dates are changing to 6/14 - 6/16/19 in order for us to have use of the big Tiki pavilion.

You might want to make a poll or something so you can keep track of who is signing up..and to keep this on the number one post, so it does not get buried.

HOLD THE PRESSES !!!

Only good available dates so that we have the use of the Tiki Hut is
06/14-16 Fri, Sat & Sun...

As always this needs to happen fairly quick on a decision from
all of you. George (The owner River Palm) stated as of today the
rooms are mostly wide open !!

We have to have a minimum booking of 10 rooms as to not be charged
for the use of the hut. With out the use it basically not worth it for us..

Already been in touch with Jimbo today to get this off the ground and set..

Let your wishes be known, as after talking to the Daytona crew 5 rooms
would be gone right now..

More later.

Wasn't there talk about a group going over to Grand Cay about that same time - maybe a few days later? Maybe this could be a kick-off?
