Default Members in Tampa area

I messed up and posted this is for sale section by mistake. If a moderator sees this please remove my duplicate post in the for sale section. Anyways, I’ve been talking to a member that’s selling a sceptre in the for sale section of the site. He’s been very helpful and I’m very interested in his boat. Only problem is I’m in South Carolina and he’s in the Tampa area. I would really like an opinion from a member on the condition of the boat before I drive down, the seller actually suggested this since he didn’t know a whole lot about the boat. I don’t feel like a full survey is necessary since I realize it’s an old boat and it needs plenty of work and new power but would really like a knowledgeable seacraft owners opinion of the condition of the hull. I would gladly pay someone for their time and efforts to look at it for me. Is there anyone in the Tampa area that would be interested in doing this?
Thanks,
Ryan

What part of the Tampa area. FWIW the "Tampa Bay area" is about 1900 square miles.

I should be able to do it for you. I'm about 15 miles from Tampa. I also have a lot of experience in a "less than perfect Sceptre" so I've got some ideas of what to look for...

This weekend I'm pretty busy, but I could probably go see it next week. If you still need someone, send me a PM and we can work out the details.
