Default Starting Restoration

I just took delivery of my 1983 20' cc. Mostly original and ready for a facelift. I have a few questions if you can assist: 1.There is a piece of smoked plexiglass fastened to the front of the console. It looks original. What purpose does it serve? 2. Can anyone give me a source for pop-up cleats and the pull-up tabs for hatches? Lastly - the date for the Daina Flea Market? Thanks in advance for your help.

RC, You might want to keep an eye out for them on e-bay. Thats where I got mine. Much cheaper.

The plexiglass gives you something to duck behind when that sheet of water comes right at you

EBEACH - The plexiglass I asked about is actually screwed onto the front of the console - not the windshield.

Mark

Are you losing Bucks? Are these the same pop-ups that Ikan snookered you for $50 each
