Alan,

I measured 59-60 inches from step to step. Set your bunks to 60" and you should be all set. Sorry, I forgot to meaure the depth.

My bunk are set 49" apart measured at the inside edge and my keel is 4" above the cross piece. My 23 was a twin I/O so the stringers box around the engine space. Why do you care anyway about the stringers?

Tried calling a dealer - never got back to me.

Tried calling SeaCraft 2x, explaining what I needed - "could not provide that info". One guy just never got back to me.

Finally called a trailer manufacturer, Loadmaster ( aluminum I-beam trailers ) - they gave me the specs I needed.

Then, I found a SeaCraft to measure. I set everything to these measurements, but am going to have my boat 'pulled' on a lift for a quick powerwash - and then I can measure where my raw water intake ( a large southbay strainer ) and washdown intakes are.

The reason you want to try to get as close to the stringers with the bunks, is so you are supporting the weight of the boat on the strongest part of the hull.

Once I had the other SeaCraft to measure - it was easy. I even roughed the measurements where my (2) intakes are - from the inside of the boat, but these need to be confirmed via a quick bottom measurement.

I will post all the info once I put my boat on the trailer - this way it will be easy to find for the next guy...

Alan
