Capt. Brad.,
Archie Jones from Creative Fiberglass took my 1975 SeaCraft in in Ocober 2003. Finally after 19 months I had to call the police for him to release it 3 weeks ago. Spent over $12,000. I would not recomend him to my worse enemy. Now I am taking him to court to try to recuperate on the bad work. I would recomend Princeton Boatworks to anyone NOT Creative Fiberglass. The owner of Princeton worked for Bill Potter at the SeaCraft factory and knows the boats inside-out.

Be real careful call me if you want some details on how BAD my experience was. In short he had the boat from Oct. 2003 to three weeks ago. I spent over $12,000 and had to call the Police to get the boat out. Now going to court which I've never done in my life. 305-495-8446.

Jorge,

Give me a call 305-495-8446. If you really want a good job, go to Princeton Boatworks the owners name is Jose. This is where I am taking mine. If Mr. Jones gives you a hard time let me know I would love to have more witnesses in court.

My SeaCraft was a "dream boat" project that I wanted to do. Now it has become a nightmare. I can show anyone pictures to illustrate all of the BAD work. Be real careful in paying money up front. Make sure that anything that is done is documented, i.e, invoices for all work done or to be done; make sure that you get a time line for all work done, otherwise it may be there for months or years. Give me a call and I will explain in detail.

HOLY CRAP! A year+ to have work done on a SC? "MY" guy here in Sarasota was recommended to me was good but a little slow. I expect my boat to be done in about 7 weeks and we are right on schedule! He is also doing things "right" not any bs work. I almost feel like my guy is rebuilding a 1964 corvette stingray for show. Every move is done with thought, precision and correctness. Hopefully I will have a perfectly "new" SeaCraft by the end of the month. If anybody in the Sarasota area needs his number PM me. Capt. Brian

PS, the price is reasonable, too.

I will be calling you.

But the problem is he's 1/2 way into doing the job.

He's got the old transom out and is working on putting the new in.

Lets hope he does a good job and is on time.

Maybe I'll get lucky with him on mine

I'll be posting pic's later tommorrow on my new baby

I hope so. Just remember, keep track of the reciepts and make sure you get the final date in writing. I am getting some interesting responses to my post. Stories exactly the same as mine.
