Brad - If your trailer tongue is square galvanized steel then Fulton makes two kits. Bass pro sells them.

$119.99 38-527-216-00 FOLD AWAY COUPLER KIT 3'' x 3''
$139.99 38-527-218-00 FOLD AWAY COUPLER KIT 3'' x 4''

A few ideas:

I made my tounge compeltely removeable. I cut the tongue off and used a smaller square tube inside of it (bolted to both-remove two bolts and slide the tongue off). Operates almost like a reciever hitch. Used heavy duty stee tubing and hardened steel bolts.

You might be able to take the hitch coupler off and gain a few inches, I think they make some longer couplers as well (you might be able to shorten the tonuge and use a longer coupler-remove the coupler when you put in storage).

Also you might be able to repostion the boat on the trailer to gain a couple of inches. Move the winch post forward and pull the boat on the trailer farther...watch the tongue weight.

If the motor is in the way don't forget to turn the wheel all the way to one side and trim it all the way down.

I had to do all of the above to get my 20 to fit straight into my garage.
