Default live abord

hey when i go fishing i need to get under way at about 3, so i load the boat the night before and spend the night abord so i don't wake my family. i have had a problem the past couple of time's with the weather were i find myself awoken at 12 totaly drenched and shivering.
i was wondering weather anyone has any ideas on how i would rig something like an awning that would be stowable onboard my 18 footer.
thanks alot
harry

Dude, what's wrong with waking up the family? Are you related to Spider?

Wake them, hell take them you, doesn't everyone want to go fishin? Or just be quieter I load my gear the night before prepare all fuel, truck, gear, breakfast-lunch, etc. so all thats left to do is brush teeth dress and leave.

All you need to do is buy a BRAND NEW 36 FOOTER which sleeps two and park your 18 footer along side.
Problem solved.

or hook your boat to your truck and sleep in your truck, then all you have to do is wake up and go,
