Default New Boat

I pulled the trigger on a new boat last month. This will be it for a while. Wife hasn't even seen it yet, but I'm pretty sure she like the 1972 Safari.

I was just over at v20.com, decided to see what was happening over here and, lo and behold, T's got a new boat project. Looks like she has lots of life left in her. Best of luck with the restore.

I've had the SeaCraft out twice now and love it. She's a little wet in the Chesapeake chop (1'-2' and tight are typical conditions), but other than that, it's a capable little boat. My previous boats have been anemic, so it's taking me a little time to get used to lots of power in a smallish package. Anyways, I look forward to seeing the progress on the Seafari.

The 50 caliper air horn gives it a nice touch.
Good luck with the wife. Oh yeah, and the boat.

I'm just excited to be able to spend the night on the boat, walk out the cabin door and be fishing. It's a long drive to the ocean (60miles for me) and having the cabin is going to be great!!
