Attempted to do a transom out of marine ply. ended up being a gap and i dont trust the bond. it would be really unfortunate if i built the entire boat and the transom popped off. THerefore i have decided to tear it all out. im tearing out the marine ply core and since have to redo it anyway, im goign to install coosa or renicell. because i woudl liek to keep this boat for a while id liek to do it the right way. hopefully i will be able to get some pictures up soon. if anyone is interested in a marine ply transom 2" let me know. because i cut it out it may be a bit small for a 23' but it could definately be modified to work great on a 20'.
