Default Companionway Hatch

Can someone post a picture of the original companionway hatch arrangement. I have the broken louvered doors, I can find that much, but I just have a piece of Starboard laying over the top. I can't figure out whether there was a sliding hatch/folding hatch or what?
Many thanks.

The one I have is a folding hatch that slides into place. The back part of the hatch folds flat to allow access to the cabin. The front part has a plexiglass window that allows light into the cabin if you are inside and closed up. If you need to see mine or want to make a pattern, let me know. My boat is near Indian River now but will be bringing home to Lancaster by the end of Novenber.
