Well the worst is over!!! transom is rock solid, porta bracket is mostly installed and motor is rstored, next comes a Mahogany dash and new wiring and gauges

Wow...looks very nice...What did you use on your stainless rubrail..Also did you do any buffing to aluminum windshield frames and if so what did you use???
One more question too....where did you purchase stainless rub rail to wrap around your finished enclosed transom

You might try rubrails.com for a rubrail. I was able to get a one piece black base and then the SS inserts in 10' lengths for a very good price.

Its standard 1'1/4 stainless Taco rub rail insert without the plastic. I have used this before and it really looks custom. Any boat dealer can sell it. I think taco will even sell it to you direct

3m super duty brown compound, Makita varible speed buffer running at 2000 rpm then a wash and a coat of mothers sealer glaze.
