Default Teleflex cable lenth?

What lenth would I need for a 19 Master Angler with the console in the original place?

I have a 16 ft cable in the shed I could use

If the 16' cable has the proper connections and will reach from the mounting point behind the helm itself back to the transom mounting brace AND be long enough to lay up out of the way where you would normally run it, then use what you have. If not, take a piece of garden hose and lay it starting at the transom anchoring bracket and run it as you intend to up to the attachement point behind the helm and measure it. Round that number up to the next nearest available length and buy/order it. Make sure you speak with some one who knows what points are the proper points for measurement on a cable when you buy it. The housing or outer sheath is the part that has to be long enough, not the total length of the cable itself tip to tip.

Good luck.

If your motor is going to be more then 150HP, I would
strongly recommend hydraulic....
Unless you are talking control cable length..

Yes I want to go with hydraulic but I know it costs 3 times the teleflex, but I will end up spending the money.

I have Teleflex with no problems - did have hydralic on the V8 but this has been fine - I replaced mine not long ago and I think it was 15 or 16 - I'll try and remember to look

A 16' should work. I used a 17' on my 20SF and there are a few wide bows in the run (slack).
