Default 23 sf center console purchase price?

Hi everyone, first timer here. I need a little advise on how much a 1974 23 sf center console set up with twin io's is worth. The boat is a project boat that is in fair to good condition, owner says bring an offer. I don't want to insult them nor do I want to over pay. How about a little help. Thanks to all that respond

Cast, thanks for the response as far as whats needed they say there's a few soft spots in the stern and the motors are shot. How much is it worth to me, well I know it's a buyers market so I want to take advantage of that. I am looking for some guidence on purchase prices on older seacrafts. Thanks

I think the real question is how much will it take to put the boat in good working order.

Assume the boat is free. Do you have the resources to get the job done?
