Default glassing tight corners

Anyone have any tips for glassing tight outside corners, such as in wrapping the edge of a piece of plywood, for example? I struggle with getting this done cleanly, without air getting trapped....Would love to know the right way to do this before I finish cutting my deck out...

Thanks,
Evan

If its a square edge it aint gonna happen. You can get a wrap with a radius and the right cloth.

Sean's right. Any time I'm laminating an outside plywood corner, I run the router over it with a 3/8" round over bit. That's still a little tight unless you're using mat and thin cloth. Inside corners are easier, just build a fillet with thickened resin.
