Default Advise on securing center console screws

I have a 1988 20' CC, all of the center console mounting screws along the bottom into the deck are stripped and i'm looking for a filler/adhesive to fill the holes with to redrill new screws. any tips?

thanks,
Anthony

usually what occurs is the core in the area where the screws are, that core,it's beginning to rot - the screws get loose, and then the inevitable, the screws turn into saws,as the console slightly lifts...you can attempt a repair, but, odds are,it's gonna fail...
