Skipper T gave me the low down on the rails from Carl`s original design.
2 piece each side. 5 degrees down for proper deflection.
Screw and epoxy into the chines.
Next layer screw and glue into base strip.
Plug screw holes.
Enjoy.

Default Spray rails

Well there you have it.. most expensive part is the teak... Btw can I use mahogany??.. or should I use teak..boat stays on lift
