Help needed in the Orlando FL area for Wiring and misc. needed...

I got a friend that is restoring an old house boat - he had a guy who was working on it for a year or so and became busy with other jobs. He’s 90% finished, just has mostly electrical to complete and hook up panels and such. Boat is in Sanford, FL near Orlando. If anyone up here can provide him with some references in that area that could possible finish the work for him. Thanks in advance!
