Default Re: Re-Gel my 18'6??

We sanded (DA'd) the entire bottom back to smooth gel coat and repainted with Interlux "Perfornance VC" with Teflon. This is a 2-part that can be sprayed or rolled and tipped. We sprayed with good results. We put on 3 coats, sanding after each. The rub-out on the final coat lookd as good as any paint or gel coat and has the benifit od being a low-friction surface. It is NOT an anti-fouling paint, as my 23 is kept on a trailer.

I am very pleased with the product and the results and would do it again.
