We put 2 1/4 inch thru transom scuppers with flapper valves. So far they are working great! We had the boat rolled to port with the scupper 4 inches under water and no water came in the boat.

GR- I put 600 feet of 3/8 rope and a chain and anchor in that anchor compartment. We put a vertical receiver in the anchor locker for the anchor shank and the rope goes in around it with the anchor hanging by its arms. Its full but it works

One thing I learned from this remodel-Dont put speakers near your compass. I was always showing a westerly heading until I moved the two upper speakers and put in magnetic shielding for the two lower sub woofers.

She looks awesome. Going to do our 23 after we finish the 19.
Have any pics of the scuppers with the boat just sitting in the water?
We are planning raising the floor about 4" and making it a level deck all the way forward.

Prospect Plastics in Fort Lauderdale did the dash and the switch panel out of carbon fiber and they were totally custom as far as color size and number of switches. we bought the switches and wired it. Both panels were surprising reasonable.

Thanks for the kind words. I am loving this little boat!
