Strick, you are a machine!!

I like your new side kick!
Over the Thanksgiving holiday we had a new addition show
up. Malnourished and looking pretty sad...
She warmed up pretty quick and has not stopped eating or
drinking since her arrival. She has an appointment with the
vet this coming Thursday. Going to get her fixed and checked out!
We named her "Pumpkin" and now the offical barn cat!
Poor thing had a previous broken tail and top of her ear bit off..
She will not leave the barn even with the door left open..

Hi Ken,
Regarding Pumpkin, you'll probably find he's already fixed. Trimmed ear-tip is a tell-tale used by rescue groups when they neuter strays... He's gonna love your facility. We had a couple that Susie could never find and I'd always find them crashed in the Seafari or 21 v-berths. Lucky Pumpkin to find such a cool home.

strick,
goes without saying but here's more applause from the peanut gallery

Any idea who makes that pivoting bow stem roller on your trailer? `

Gil I think that the pivoting roller is factory from Shorelander. I'll look and see if it has any markings on it and get back to you if it does.

Ken- Nice of that cat to adopt you guys I'm sure she will have you trained in no time On the ear tipping it is usually the left ear that gets tipped when the cat gets altered but being that is a Florida kitty anything is possible so just run your finger over her belly and see if you can feel an sutures under the skin. If not then she may have to get fixed.

Ken,

If your Pumpkin turns out anything like ours, she will be an "honest to goodness, I love you Friend!"

We had one just like that, but the long hair version. She would cuddle right up close, like on our pillow on the bed and start to purr. Boy, could she PURR and loudly! I took to calling her EVINRUDE.

She went out one night a couple of days before Christmas and never was seen agian. Pobably a fox. They were around pretty thick that year. I still miss her and the times we could have had with her.
