Just went through the thred. Gorgeous boat. I like how you did most of the top coat while the boat was upside down. Makes for easier spraying. when you say she sits a little lower then you like can you elaborate? Maybe a side shot ? The way you distributed the weight in that boat looks good to me.

Ken- The cruise is great with this old crusty OMC prop im trying, its just not as fun! 5.6gph @28mph @ 3250

Part 2- Ill work on some, gotta dig thru the phone

Strick- The balance is spot on, just thought it would float more like a cork, (glad it doesnt). She self bails fine which is all im after. Ill get some side shots soon.

This boat just goes. No tabs needed, no steering input needed, dont have to tuck the motor in when running, nada. And the faster the better

I'v seen this boat in person just before he splashed it. It is truly stellar work and engineering that he has done. The details, fit and finish is/are so natural, incredibly well thought out and nearly flawless in execution. Yeah, he'll point out a few spots that aren't "perfect" but to see them the light has to be just right while standing on your head looking at an exact 43.5 degree angle during a high tide on a Tuesday kind of stuff. Ultimately its just one hell of a job really well done. Great job Chris. Post some pics of your trip with Squid Lipps in action when you get back from the islands.
