Towing - how bad can it be ?

I tow a 96' Wellcraft V21, 2,100lbs, full fuel 455lbs, motor 450lbs, trailer 1,000lbs.
Total is approx. 4,000 lbs, plus two extra guys and gear. ( twin axle trailer with brakes )

Vehicle - 2004 Ford Explorer, V6 part time 4 wheel drive.

Round trip every time I fish approx. 110 miles, highway 60mph, and local roads.
So far, no problems - pulls easily, smoothly.

So the Sceptre weighs 900lbs more ? Hum........... better put a little more air in my tires.

You can pull it with a Hyundai. But Can You Stop It.

Your Gonna Need A Bigger Truck Period.

Safety First. I may be in front of you with my family at that red light.
