Nice job Rhody,
Me next. Got any rivets leftover - let me know. Also looks like your cuddy has shelves built into the deck insert - got more pics? Thats a nice feature to eliminate clutter. What year is yours. Looks like the snow is gone and spring's in play! If not what size will I need and how many did you use? Thanks.

I agree, that's a nice feature. Certainly not on my '72. I don't even have the teak strip covering the inside of the hull to cap joint. My previous Seafari didn't have it either, just carpet over it.

Now I gotta convince the wife I "need" to cover all the nylock nuts with a teak strip

Gilly - its a 1975.

I only have 30 rivets left over, I used about 110 or so to go from the cabin bulkhead forward on both sides. They're yours if you want them but you'll need more. I bought 3rd day's leftovers, he said he had to special order a 500 lot. They are aluminum not ss as I stated earlier, 1-1/4" and a 3/16" hole. I think I could have gotten by with 1" length but I didnt measure.

Try MSC Industrial, looks like they sell 100 lots.

The shelf isnt much of a shelf, it gets more shelf-like aft, but forward the pitch makes the space minimally usable, I suppose one could rig up netting to hold clothing.
