green wood xl and pressure treated plywood - like you buy at home depot are very different things...

that looks like a big prodject. where are you in ma. i'd like to stop by and see this. been thinking of doing my 20 fter.

Did you remove the inner and outer skins of the transom? It is hard for me to tell from the pictures.
