I am bookmarking this thread as it is a great one that illustrates the different options for a hard top or radar arch/bimini. I just noticed that radar arches on Oil Fielder and Riptide's boats go to the top cap of the boat whereas BigEasy's arch secures to vertical piece above the top cap.
I really want to move the navigation lights and the TX/license numbers to the vertical section near the helm. This will keep the bow clean and it will keep the numbers off of the hull. I am removing the vents (I know, I know.....gas, batteries, explosion risk, etc, etc.) so other than the bilge pump and livewell discharges and the Seacraft emblem at the rear of the boat there will be nothing on the outside of the hull. |
