So sorry Denny. We never met Shadow but I've been through this myself a couple of times and it's a disheartening loss. Glad she had such a long run, I've never been that lucky.

Denny, sorry to hear about Shadow. I'm sure she's gathered a kindred bunch and is bragging up a storm about the Professor and testifying to the excellence of his Seafari up in doggy heaven. Hang in there partner. Godspeed and smooth rides toward peace to you both.

Denny - As Chuck said, you are never truly blessed until you've had the unconditional love of an awesome dog. 14 years is great. Your slide show is priceless. RIP Shadow.

We had a Jack Russell, "Cruz" who was my guy with no leash for 15-½ years. He passed last summer, but not before one last trip on the 23 that he loved. He had the distinction of having surfed the bow of 5 different Classic SeaCrafts (65 bowrider, 67 bowrider, 70 20CC, 71 Seafari and the 23CC that he personally supervised the entire 9 years it took me to get her done.

They all run (and swim) free now.
