Here is a pic of a $150k bucket truck Mel totaled when she hit a tree across a dark road right after a major storm. The winch bumper really limited headlight range on that particular truck and she is lucky she came out with just a few scratches. Anybody taller would have been dead.

Yikes!! She was lucky!! Yeah, looks like the headlights would have worked better a foot higher up on the grill!

Wow kmoose, that was a close one.
We used to install them with the power pony (electric hand held pipe threader) Even those metal carport places use them to hold their shelters to the ground. Think they charge $20 each installed for them when you buy a carport. You may be able to pick a few up from them or an mobile home supply store would defiantly have them. Seems like lowes or home depo may even carry them.

The problem with shed and MH anchors is that they are usually painted steel and wouldn't last too long in the saltwater.

Actually she was always a favorite for the management team. The truck incident was a freak accident but we were all happy that truck didn't make it. It seems the only ill effect she sustained from the accident was the ability to have good judgment for choosing a husband.
