Who has the copyright or rights to lease/sell the VDH/SeaCraft logo? My cotton shirts are getting worn out and I would like to at least look into getting some made.

I came very close to owning the SeaCraft trademark about two years
ago.....

Someone at Bass Pro Shops woke up and said, oh chit....
We need to renew the trademark...

The only one legally that can re-produced has to be altered from the original.

Time will tell if they keep spending $$$ to keep the name alive...

Trust me, I will be on it like stink on you know what.
