The airstream was bought in KS.

Some interior pictures...it is ruff, but that's what I wanted.

The last picture is what it will look like in a few years...

That is too cool! We moved to Florida in an airstream when I was 5 and my bro was 3. Lived in it at Yogi Bear trailer park across from the beach in West Palm beach for a few months til my parents bought a house. Some of the best memories.

If it looks half as good as your SC that baby will be a knock out!

Pretty cool. I talked with a guy who rode out hurricane Georges in Key West, inside his Airstream.

I vaguely remember you saying something about a trailer on the phone a while back lol. Were you able to fit the whole rig on the barge without disconnecting the truck? Im surprised your homeowners association has not fined you yet. Lisa and I were at an RV show a couple years ago and I wanted to look at the airstreams just for fun...almost had a heart attack when I seen the sticker...so I can totally see why you are restoring one. So is there a website for sickos like you that like to restore old Airstreams?

Oh yeah, they are just like us.

There are 3 kinds of trailers.

Those that leak.
Those that will,
and Airstream.

Original parts are like gold to the freaks.

The owner of the shop next to us at work can help if you like.
I have his contact info...
He is my age and his dad was a dealer.

The barge is bigger than what you remember...no hoa so I'm good to go. and yes you are right I can spent 1/2 as much restoring and have exactly what I want.
