Thanks for the input gents. That helps a lot.
Was the 12 degree transom consistent over the years on the 20 SF? My 75 is showing 14 degrees and I have checked and double checked.

Finished my project about a year ago and wanted to thank this site for all the great info that helped tremendously. Decided to go at it from the inside and very happy with results.
