I was able to get some flat profile vents. They are SST painted black. They work great for the rear vents because they lay flush with the boat and won't bend or break. My friend Phil hooked me up with them. Over the years (41) we have broken plenty of the plastic ones on the rear due to crunching them on the docks.

Are the 20 and the 23 vents different sizes?

Louvers
Years ago I replaced my '76 Seafari louvers with ones slightly larger. Bought them aftermarket. Thought they were same size as on larger SeaCraft models- maybe not. But never found replacements for the larger ones in WM or Stuart, Fl marine supply stores. Hence the repair I described. The flat SS ones Jim Bigpipe has look good.
