Somebody better buy that blue one with the trailer.... That is a bargain.
I would have to say that the Scepter/Tsunami format is becoming way more popular for those that are tired of the exposure and lack of deck space the CC are subject to. There are a billion CC boats out there to choose from but very few express/cuddy style hulls available for those that want them. For me, there is no way I would ever consider going back to a CC with the way I fish and cruise.

I think "someone" would be better off making a bolt on parker like cabin enclosure for the sceptre.

The ride up front is not too desirable as it is. I can’t imagine being up front that far on a 23. Parkers were real popular in the big bend area on the gulf for a while because they seemed comfortable. That all changes in a 2’ headsea when the only way to survive the beating was to back them way down. Many a day I’d fly by them off the Hatch on my way out as they plowed along.

Must be a Northeastern thing. Down here you would need an AC unit up top to stay alive in a full cabin... even if the door was open.

Absolutely a Northeastern thing. HEAT!!! If fall weather holds, you can be catching BIG Stripers as late as almost Christmas! Well, maybe pushing it. Enclosures around a T-Top, you’ll end up huddling. Haha.
This is a pic from the days of the Old Site. Posted I’d be in Va. Beach, visiting an old girlfriend and was hoping to fish. Craig Miles (member Miles Offshore) said Come On. Had to borrow all the layers of clothing I’m wearing from Craig! Met his close buddy and headed offshore in a 23 SF inboard. Had a blast, he put me on some late season fish, and I never froze my azz off with his help! It was Cold behind those curtains! Thanks Craig! Vezo, Part II |

You could also add two of these in the roof

I have a similar setup with the seamark pilot console. Even with the 85 degree humid calm days like the one in the you tube video . . . It's not hot.

About the same up here, I would be nice winter months but you would only want it enclosed 1/4 of the year. If I remember correctly the one I spoke of was modified to have a hard back or a soft roll up back to help with this^
