Great job Terry! Sounds like it was a great day… And fish on the grill! I was just down there yesterday inspecting my in-laws new property in Placida. Looks like there might be an 18 SeaCraft permanently docked at their marina.

Ken and Don-
Ouch, that's going to leave a mark!!! Beer will do just fine Terry! I will plan on it next time. The home inspector is re-building a 20SF, it was slightly distracting to discuss his trips by boat to KW from there. It's the place that is all tied together with Placida Point (old Mote Marine property, plus beach property with ferry, ect). It's kinda fun getting them set with a VA loan down there....I have them at 3.75% right now. Rates have dropped.
