I repaired mine, take an oscillating saw and cut around the edges. Maybe a grinder too on the straighter parts.

Make a template out of cardboard. Cut up some 1/2” plywood. Put some resin and maybe a layer or 2 of fabric. Then your plywood. Then a couple layers over that. If need be fair it out. Prime and paint and you’re set. I’ll see if I have pics anywhere.

^I may still repair my originals... I know I won't be able to bin them if I replace with new.
