Default Seacraft 20 hull total rebuild

Hey all,

Decided to go all in on a twice abandoned rebuild. Hull is a 1973. Originally it was an I/O, but someone chopped it out of there, and the plan is to rip out the past attempt at building a transom....

Long story short, I will not be using any of the deck parts, and just fabricating some new ones. Old parts were cut into way to many pieces to be worthwhile. Will be reusing the foredeck storage lockers, and cutting new hatches.

Going to need some help with measurements if anyone on here has them.
* Width at transom? currently 83" without the deck, and not sure if it sprung, and they just let it slide.
*Distances from transom to aft end of console, aft end of fuel tank, and to raised foredeck.

Thanks in advance, and appreciate any input.
