I have seen a 26' Seaway on Block Island that has as two part exterior green paint job put on by a roller. Outside, in the gravel parking lot at the Hog Pen! The resulting job looks fine to my eye. What about it? If this is an example, could exterior work be done by the owner?

I think I saw John from Shipshape apply that to his yellow Seabird, I think it's called roll and tip, you roll on the paint and another person immediately passes a good quality brush over the surface in one direction. Looks good after it dries!

I did my 23 CC in my drive way with the method described above. Works great only difference is on my boat I first rolled a area and then brushed it myself. You can do it without help if you don’t do the roller part over 3 to 4 ft at a time.
