CDavis-Yep, same boat. My dad was in Tarpon when he bought it around 2000.

Last time I was in Chucktown we were putting my dad's Key West in down by the bridge to Folly Beach and it looked to be at least a 32' Freeman with trips and joystick control coming into the ramp. That rig was pretty incredible!

@bgreene: going to paint today. The guy doing it does it part time so 4-5 week estimated. Im hoping for end of July at the latest.

I believe I just passed her on the JI Connector a little bit ago headed in opposite directions. I caught a glimpse of that tell tale cabin window, hard top, and then saw in the mirror a full transom without bracket or motors. Do you mind sharing with us who is doing the paint?

Tiger-I would share but need to find out if its ok with him first, he does this independently from his day job. My dad set it up, I know he's north of Charleston and he dropped it off there yesterday so that was definitely the boat you saw. He was a guy that Duke's marina recommended.

Just adding some photo updates. Bracket, motor and winlass to be installed, then new fuel lines and tank selector. Then..,hopefully, will be coming down to St Pete. Paint turned out great.
