It's just called MILEAGE at this point

Ok, I talked to the office and If someone (Manitunc is first in line) wants to take over my reservation for June 1st and 2nd they can get the room and save $54. That is the deposit that I am foregoing. They offered a future credit to me of $54 but it is unlikely I will be back in that area for a long time as it is a 500+ mile travel for me. They are open to a new renter transfer, but only until Saturday 5/12/18 at which time the room goes back to the general public at full price.

To make it easier, the office manager has asked for me to facilitate the transaction initially, so if your interested please post your thoughts and PM me.

Our gathering is a mere three weeks away....

With that being said we need to talk about the Saturday night
seafood festival of which has become somewhat of a tradition..

Knowing we are going to have a lot of local day trippers because
of the central location and not wanting to run out of food..
Lets get some response and ideas for grub...

I will be bringing 20lbs of fresh jumbo shrimp to steam up..
DonV usually takes on the task of being the fry daddy for fish
and hush puppies....

River Palm is letting us use the pavilion at no charge!

Side dishes and deserts would be great...

I will hit Sam's and get the paper plates and plastic forks and spoon set
enough for say 60 people ???

We really want this to be a success in more ways than one...

Speak now or forever hold your peace....

PS: I have the CSC banner and Patti has the Big Red Book that Mrs. Moesly started 10 years ago !!!

Hang on on the plates, etc. I've got some left over from last year, let me do an inventory.

Default Food

Alright brothers, I will be bringing my famous potato salad, ect...Planning on adding dolphin to the mix too.

Everyone use the poll at the top of the thread so we can get a better idea of who is coming....

Unfortunately Anita and I will miss the River Palms gathering. Wish the timing could have dovetailed into our babysitting stint in Stuart a couple weeks ago.
Have fun! Hope you get to see Dirtwheelsfl's CC, he is doing a fantastic job.
