Also noticed that the lower half of the S symbol was blue on the brochure photos and in Danny's file, while it's clearly reversed on the one I bought from SeaCraft; were obviously made both ways!
I noticed the same in my research, but figured that the S logo was just applied differently (upside down). It seems that most of the "official" documentation that I've seen had the black at the top.

Hi,
Just finished restoring my '77 SF and am looking for 2 SeaCraft decals that are located forward of bilge vents. Not sure of the size. Looks to be 3"- 4" inches in height. Yours is the nicest I've seen. Let me know and I'll send you a check to cover costs.

Thanks,

Phil

... The photos in 1973 catalog show only the SeaCraft name without the black/blue "S" that shows up in 1974 and later brochures, so 1973 must have been a transition year. ... I guess the bottom line regarding such trivia is that there is often more than one "correct" configuration!
Denny, my '72 Seafari still has the remnants of the original SeaCraft decal, and it DOES have the stylized "S". Go figure.

I also noticed that the decals on the dark colored hulls have black letters outlined in white

That's what was originally on our 25...With the white outline.
Does anybody have these in stock?
Please advise.
Brandon
