They are open to a new renter transfer, but only until Saturday 5/12/18 at which time the room goes back to the general public at full price.

To make it easier, the office manager has asked for me to facilitate the transaction initially, so if your interested please post your thoughts and PM me.
Ok, wife says good to go. What do I need to do about reservation?

OK...I got off my dead rear end and found what supplies we have left over from other gatherings. We have plenty of bowls, plates, plastic ware, plastic glasses and napkins. I'll bring some paper towels for the fish fry, oil and all the fish fry and hush puppy "stuff".

As a former bartender, I can neither confirm nor deny culpability.

I may switch gears here.

I`ll throw this out there.

Welly or a giant sauté pan?

Pecan crusted fish w papaya and mango sauce.
I could bottle this or so I am told...

Moose, I know Mel loves Welly and you guys are making a special trip here.
You folks made a clear the schedule commitment and we got blind sided.
We are all sad that you folks got Snookered on the Dockside plan.

You folks tell me what you want and I will build your wish.
Maybe more.

Cheers,
GFS

1.
Plunge animal into very hot but not boiling water 2 minutes. Pull out or scrape off hair without damaging skin. Slit belly from throat to hind legs. Remove entrails, feet, eyes, and brains. Do not remove head or tail. Wash thoroughly. If possible, freeze for 3 or 4 days.
2.
When ready to cook, wipe with a cold, damp cloth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in roasting pan. Add 1 cup water and juice of 1 lemon. Bake in hot oven (400°F) for 15 minutes, turning once. Cover. Reduce heat and bake in moderate oven (350°F) for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

Sandy,
Mel is out for sure as her co-workers have been booked for vacations for some time. I still plan on coming and will maybe bring my granddaughter. How much are the small rooms if there is any left?
