Hey, I have the fat kid! My 25 has the twin 150s set way back on aluminum brackets, I know the Cg is off and Im just now getting used to the way she runs, last summer I had very little fuel and no weight in the bow she would launch off bigger waves and catch air!!!, Now that I have 100+ gals of fuel and a couple hundred pounds of led in the bow she rides a lot better, Ive been reading along and Im very interested on how it will turn out with the single on a noched transom because im planning on redoing mine in a few years and going to a single 250 or 300xs optimax .

G, Dave,
Never thought I'd need a GFS decoder ringer to understand you. Just send me the damn napkin and I'll figure it out myself... oh, and a Pepsi... and I'll figger it out myself. And quit talkin' about the fat kid havin' to sit near the fulcrum, it's not like detention or nuthin'. And strick - don'tcha be laughing at science - you know better

Keeping an eye on your project and will keep you posted on my current outboard situation. I may be selling my Suzuki DF300 in the fall when the new ones have special incentives and the usual season price drops. Mine will probably have 500 hrs on it by then and will still have one year left on a full warranty form Suzuki, if you have an interest.

Click the pic for video. I had little fun with mine on the maiden voyage running light and trimmed for speed.
